Heat a cast iron skillet hot and add a good amount of olive oil for dipping. Add shrimp then mix in dried chilies and minced garlic. Add tender small precooked cut broccoli tips and then a good squeeze of lemon and salt. Turn shrimp and walk to the table. Cooks in minutes!
Serve it with fresh soft bread that is good for dipping. I buy Portuguese mini loaves or baguettes and then slice the bread. I make this a lot with just the shrimp, but I added the broccoli to use it up and it was a perfect accompaniment. Enjoy!
