Imagine what a simple drink with the right combination of ingredients can do for you.

Drink this 1 hour before bedtime.
Improves sleep dramatically, promotes weight loss and relieves constipation.

Do not peel the banana, instead cut off each of the ends, and then cut banana in half and place in pot add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Cook on med high heat until it is reduced by half, add the spices and stir. Strain into a cup, no need to add any sweetness.
